I support organizations to build leadership and professional skills, manage international training projects, apart from designing educational strategies. I am enterprising and have vast experience in designing and delivering interventions for driving high performance teams. An expert in planning, budgeting and deploying- talent development initiatives, I have a deep appreciation for human behavior in social and team set- ups which helps me to intuit and create the most relevant training solutions. Over these years and across organizations that I’ve worked with, I have up-skilled and led cross-functional teams, which need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and make critical decisions. Being compassionate and a transformation advisor, I have the ability to work independently and the same time, create collaboration between teams and develop opportunities that further establish the organization goals.
