More than five years of experience on drafting, settling and negotiating several types of agreements and amendments, such as trade loan, pledge, mortgage, leasing and non-disclosure agreements, according to the mexican legal regulations. Other expertise areas include, management of legal incorporation procedure for new companies, analysis of corporate legal information, creation of internal policies and settlement of labor conflicts. I have worked for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Mexico, Citibanamex and HSBC Mexico. As of September 2023, I engaged myself at Virtual Staffing as a Virtual Attorney (Paralegal) having the firm Landlord Solutions Inc as my main client, with activities of drafting and analyzing several legal documents and attending unlawful detainer hearings at Court.
