When I was in high school, I realized that I really enjoyed listening to people and that just with that you can help them a lot, so I decided to make a career out of this, that’s why in 2016 I started studying psychology. In the meantime, I started my own pastry entrepreneurship that allow me to grow personally and professionally since there was always a new challenge and gave me the experience of working under pressure with deadlines everyday but also, I learn how to communicate with others, how to work as a team among other things. In 2021 I decided to change my career path but still focus on helping people, which is my main goal, I really enjoy doing it. I wanted to make an impact in people life, to help them to change it, to improve and to make it better. To achieved that I started to train myself in Recruiting, especially on IT where I find a whole new world of opportunities. This is how today I’m working as a Technical Recruiting Intern at Nexton where our goal is to impact people life by connecting technical talent with purposeful startups around the world.
