Hi there! I'm Belen :)

I’m a QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, working across different products and teams. My experience includes manual and automation testing, test planning, functional, regression and exploratory testing, API testing, and accessibility testing.

Over the years, I’ve also taken on leadership responsibilities, helping coordinate QA activities, support team members, improve testing processes, and ensure good communication between QA, developers, and other stakeholders.

I have experience building automation frameworks from scratch using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and WebDriverIO, as well as working with Jira, Xray/Zephyr, Postman, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.

I also have a strong technical background, including experience with Salesforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex, and other technologies, which helps me understand the development side and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

I’m naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy understanding how things work, finding edge cases, and helping teams deliver better-quality products. 💻
