I believe people want to be creatively engaged, energized, and able to do their best work everyday. But what I hear more often is that people are fatigued, stressed, and even burned out. In large measure we can lay the blame for this at the foot of organizational cultures that fail to make it possible for people to find their sweet spot despite the best intentions of leadership. My background and experience in psychology and systems analysis allows me to work with organizational leadership teams to assess and address the unseen obstacles to performance in their workplace systems. In short, we shift organizational processes so that they work with rather than against human nature. In so doing we spark a cultural change that is good for employees. And that is good for business.
