Head of B2B Marketing
United States
I’m a global brand and marketing strategist with experience leading brand, creative, and go-to-market functions—and global teams—across agencies and SaaS. My work sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commercial outcomes, with a focus on building systems and stories that actually move the business.
Most recently, I led Brand Marketing, Strategic Consulting, Industry Strategy, and the Creative Innovation Lab (427°) at Braze. I built new functions from the ground up, shaped category strategy, and helped evolve how the company showed up in the market. I created the 427° Lab—a global creative innovation practice recognized in Adweek and Forbes—and spearheaded Braze’s verticalization strategy, which became a core revenue engine cited by the CEO on earnings calls. I also served as executive sponsor for the Muslims at Braze ERG.
Across roles, my through-line is building: global teams, new capabilities, narratives that resonate, and modern marketing systems that scale. I bring a global lens shaped by years living and working in New York, London, and Paris; a creative instinct honed across CPG, beauty, spirits, retail, outdoor, and tech; and a commercial discipline grounded in business value.
I speak and write frequently on modern marketing and the future of creativity, including judging the Cannes Lions Creative Strategy jury, being honored in Campaign Middle East’s Women in Advertising, speaking at Mobile World Congress on creativity and AI, and contributing to publications like Campaign, Little Black Book, and Shots. I’ve also written about the power of joy during a heavy time as a Palestinian leader—work that reflects how identity, cultural relevance, and purpose shape the way I lead.
Half-Mexican, half-Palestinian, fluent in Spanish and French (working on my Arabic), I care deeply about creativity that is commercially effective, culturally grounded, and fundamentally human.
