I'm passionate about building organizations where people and businesses can thrive together.

Over the last two decades, I've partnered with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to scale companies through periods of growth, transformation, and change. While my career began in talent acquisition, my work has evolved into building and leading the full people function - from organizational design and leadership development to performance, compensation, culture, and employee experience.

I've spent much of my career stepping into moments of growth and transformation, helping companies scale from early-stage organizations into more mature businesses while preserving the culture, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit that made them successful in the first place.

Currently, as Vice President of People at Rockbot, I partner closely with our executive team on organizational growth, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and people operations. I joined to build the recruiting function from the ground up and was later asked to lead the broader People organization. As Rockbot has grown, I've focused on building the leadership, culture, and people practices that help a distributed workforce stay connected, aligned, and successful.

I believe the best People leaders are business leaders first. The work isn't simply about policies, programs, or processes - it's about understanding where the business is headed and creating the environment, leadership, and talent needed to get there.
