Nick has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of advertising, media, and technology, raising over $2 billion in capital and leading three successful company exits. Before becoming CEO of Cadent, Nick served as CEO of BlackArrow, a pioneer in advanced TV advertising that was later acquired by Cadent. He also held leadership roles at Yahoo and Maven Networks, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2008. Earlier in his career, Nick worked in private equity focused on media and technology investments before moving into executive leadership roles in software and advertising technology. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.A. from Davidson College.
