Abdullah Asiri

Founder & CEO of Lucidya, the leading AI Customer Experience Management platform in MENA that gives brands the power to deliver game-changing customer experiences. Under Abdullah's leadership, Lucidya has been recognized as a World Economic Forum awardee and is driving the transformation of customer experience across the MENA region. Abdullah is also an investor and board member in different tech startups in space of fintechs, logistics and e-commerce. Prior to Lucidya, Abdullah was tech consultant at Badir and founder & managing partner at Waqood. As an active participant in the startup scene in Saudi Arabia, Abdullah has shared his expertise as a speaker, judge, and mentor in multiple entrepreneurship events across the Middle East, earning him recognition as one of the 100 Entrepreneurs shaping Saudi’s future by Forbes, and named among the top 10 entrepreneurs in Saudi by Alrajjol magazine. Abdullah's academic background includes holding two Master’s degrees; one in Computer Science (AI focus) from KAUST and the other in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship from MBSC/Babson College. He also earned a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and continued his education with several Business & Entrepreneurship courses provided by prestigious institutions such as Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, Cornell, and GE.
