Sane Ngidi is a Senior Human Capital leader and HPCSA-registered Industrial Psychologist with over 20 years of experience enabling organisations to unlock performance through people. Her work focuses on aligning people strategy with organisational priorities, strengthening leadership capability and building cultures where individuals and teams can thrive.
Her experience spans global teams across the development sector, financial services and broadcasting, where she has worked across the full Human Capital value chain with both strategic and operational impact. She is recognised for her ability to partner with leaders, lead complex portfolios and drive initiatives that support organisational growth and effectiveness.
In her career, Sane has worked in management consulting, advising corporates across Sub-Saharan Africa and contributing to global projects in the Middle East and Europe. This exposure has given her a broad perspective on leadership, organisational transformation and the role of people-centred strategies in diverse and evolving contexts.
Known for her dynamic and relationship-driven approach, she is passionate about developing people, strengthening organisations and contributing to the growth of businesses and communities. She has a proven track record of leading teams, managing demanding portfolios and building strong stakeholder partnerships.
Sane was recognised as a Top 10 semi-finalist in the Accenture Rising Star Awards (Professional Services category) in 2020. She currently serves as President (2025/2026) of the Society for Industrial & Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA), where she contributes to advancing the profession and shaping conversations about the future of work in South Africa.
