Tushar Khanna is a 24-year-old founder and operator from New Delhi building at the intersection of esports, creators, and modern marketing. His journey began in 2018 with LiveCraft Esports, where he built competitive teams during the early growth of PUBG Mobile esports in India. Under his leadership, the team reached the finals of the PUBG Mobile Club Open Spring Split 2020 and the PUBG Mobile India Series 2020.As the ecosystem evolved, Tushar expanded his focus beyond team operations. With LoopStorm, he experimented with multiple phases of building in esports—starting with competitive teams and tournament operations, followed by The Esports Store, a hub created for the gaming community.Alongside his ventures, he played key roles across the industry. At ForceOne Gaming, he grew from Social Media Manager to Head Management & POC, helping the organization transition into managing exclusive and non-exclusive creators and strengthening its creator ecosystem presence. His experience spans collaborations with organizations such as KRAFTON, NODWIN Gaming, Star Sports, and Sportskeeda. He has also contributed to large-scale esports productions including the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown and the televised Battleground Mobile Masters Series Season 1 on Star Sports, while serving as Exhibition Manager at Krafton Inc. for the India Korea Invitational.Over time, Tushar expanded into the broader creator economy and marketing ecosystem. After gaining hands-on experience in influencer marketing, he built the marketing vertical at 7Heaven Creatives from scratch—introducing influencer marketing, event marketing, and related services. What started as a small test project quickly became the company’s only profitable vertical. This eventually led to LoopStorm’s Phase 3, where he shifted the company fully toward influencer marketing and campaign execution. What initially felt like burning all boats behind soon became the most profitable vertical across associated organizations within months.Today, LoopStorm works with brands across industries including Taco Bell, Fastrack, District by Zomato, Lakmé, and Philips, while also supporting large cultural events like the Horn Ok Please festival.Tushar continues building systems that connect brands, creators, and communities at scale.🌐 tusharkhanna.com📮 hello@tusharkhanna.com
