Hatch is my current job, I work as a Back-end engineer and recently I moved to the AI product team. I’m in charge of developing new features and maintaining them. Before joining the AI team I worked in the team in charge of creating integrations with external providers. I’ve been working with Elixir, Phoenix, Oban, Postgres, Mongo, and Broadway with RabbitMQ in a services architecture. I had the opportunity to integrate with external partners using REST and GraphQL. I also like to adventure in the front end so I have some short experience with Typescript, React, and LiveView.

At Telnyx I worked on the Wireless product team. I helped to develop the application in charge of managing the SIM card life cycle. From delivery to deployment of the SIM card fleet, I also worked on exposing REST endpoints to allow customers to build their abstractions on top of the Wireless product. I worked with Elixir, Oban, Kafka, and from time to time Rails maintenance tasks. Telnyx excels at Chaos Engineering. I had the opportunity to improve my abilities with observability tools, like Prometheus and Grafana. The telephony nature of the company allowed me to think about resilience and fault tolerance while building software.

Magnetis was a wealth management startup, at Magnetis I worked as a backed-end engineer in the Orders team and I briefly worked as a Team leader of the team developing customer experiences. I helped to develop features that enabled the Operations team to work smoothly and I also worked on building the core service for the Broker area of the company. I worked mainly within a Rails application with well-funded domain-driven architecture, when working in the Platform team I had the opportunity to work in production with Elixir and Phoenix. At Plataformatec I worked in the Custom Software Development service. I worked for startups disrupting the Brazilian insurance and financial markets. Acting in the customer teams as a Ruby Engineer I could experience different stages and environments when developing the products I was involved. I worked in teams using Kanban and SCRUM. I had the opportunity to work with Event-driven architectures, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Sidekiq, and Redis. At Plataformatec we used to have a culture of continuous improvement and in one of these initiatives, I had the chance to lead book clubs and promote discussions about Software Engineering using Ruby.

Before joining Develoz I used to work with PHP using Cake, WordPress, and Magento to develop small applications for local businesses. When I joined Develoz I had the opportunity to migrate my main language to Ruby and learn about the Rails stack. I acted in developing new features and maintaining Rails applications. I also worked on tasks on the Front End developing interfaces using CSS, and JQuery.
