Emergency Medical Technician
Care Ambulance Services Inc
Jun 2017 - Sep 2017 (4 months)
I worked as the primary patient caregiver on the back of an emergency response ambulance unit. During the time I worked at CARE, I responded to 200 911 medical emergencies, ranging from allergic reactions to heart attacks, from drug overdoses to rollover car accidents. This job position developed the skills of cooperation, as I was regularly working with the Los Angeles Police and Fire Departments to save patients' lives. Furthermore, I developed the skill of strategically making quick decisions, as the environment was always high stress and urgent. Though I am not pursuing a career in medicine, this job gave me the skill-sets essential in business and entrepreneurship
