Full P&L responsibility for the launch and scaling of Marketplace business of add-on products and services to ~20k customers. Grew team from < 10 to 150+ product, design and engineering professionals worldwide. Backed by top tier private equity firms NexPhase, Lovell Minnick Partners and Genstar Capital.
