I'm a product marketing executive with a track record of building the narratives that move markets — from repositioning major SaaS platforms to launching card-issuing products in a fast-moving fintech.
At Marqeta (Nasdaq: MQ), modern card issuer with $600M+ in revenue, I lead Product Marketing, Research & Insights, and Competitive Intelligence. I rebuilt how the company goes to market around solutions — developing the positioning, messaging, and enablement strategy that shifted how Marqeta sells and how customers understand its value. I also led the corporate repositioning following a CEO transition, facilitating working sessions with the C-suite, earning board endorsement, and producing a narrative that anchored a multi-million dollar brand campaign and a refreshed global sales pitch. More recently, I've partnered with sales leadership on a shift to a vertical-oriented sales model, arming 8 global verticals with the research, positioning, and materials to go to market. One thing I'm particularly proud of: I took the research and insights function from a nice-to-have to a core part of how Marqeta positions itself, crafts thought leadership, and makes the case to customers for what's possible.
Before that, I spent 8 years at Salesforce, rising to Senior Director of Product Marketing for Service Cloud — a $6B+ business. I led core product marketing, positioning, messaging, and executive storytelling for one of Salesforce's most important product lines. I architected "Human-Centric Service," a category-defining narrative that anchored Service Cloud's positioning for years. Beyond my core role, I was a driving force behind several cross-company initiatives — including Service Cloud's data-driven sales play strategy, Salesforce's first solution-based portfolio positioning framework, and led many global sales enablement initiatives across AMER, EMEA, and Japan.
What I do best: take complex products and markets and turn them into clear, compelling stories — then build the strategy and cross-functional alignment to bring those stories to life across sales, campaigns, and the market.
Always open to conversations about senior PMM and GTM leadership opportunities, advisory roles, or working with founders who are figuring out how to position and take their product to market.
