Talent Acquisition Nerd @ MetroStar DoD/IC/GovCon DevSecOps | Software | AI | Modernization | Digital Experience
Charleston, South Carolina, United States
Hey, I'm Jackson.
I'm a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MetroStar, helping build teams across some of the most technical and mission-critical environments in the DoD and Intelligence Community space.
A few years ago, I was a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Today, I recruit across cleared technology programs supporting missions that actually matter. Funny enough, the foundation is still the same: consistency, communication, accountability, and helping people perform at their best.
At MetroStar, we've been propelling government missions since 1999, with a focus on:
Artificial Intelligence
Digital Experience
Application Modernization
Enterprise IT
I've helped place 70+ cleared professionals across high-impact programs ranging from Secret to Full Scope Poly environments. Most of the work lives in fast-moving spaces where hiring the right person is not just important… it directly impacts delivery, operations, and mission success.
But what I care about most is keeping recruiting human in a world that is becoming increasingly automated.
AI, automation, and systems absolutely belong in Talent Acquisition. We use them. We build around them. We embrace them. But the best hiring decisions still come from real conversations, trust, transparency, and understanding what actually motivates people.
I believe recruiting should feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership.
If you're in the GovCon, cleared, or emerging tech space and want to talk:
Cleared recruiting
Building technical teams
AI, Digital Experience, App Modernization, or Enterprise IT hiring
The future of AI in recruiting
Let's connect.
