* Lead end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct clients across diverse technologies and domains. * Analyze client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to fulfill technical hiring needs. * Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, job portals, referrals, networking, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques. * Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and client requirements. * Experience working with candidates on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models. * Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities. * Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and vendors to ensure timely submissions and successful closures. * Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Mentor and support junior recruiters by sharing sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and market insights. * Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with client and organizational hiring processes. * Track recruitment metrics, submission ratios, interview conversions, and closures to achieve hiring targets. * Stay updated on US IT market trends, emerging technologies, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
