I’m VP Engineering for Kraken Flex, building the platforms and engineering organisation behind the next generation of energy flexibility. I help companies turn AI, software, and platform scale into measurable competitive advantage. My work spans product strategy, engineering execution, scalable platforms, security, reliability, operational excellence, and cost discipline — the full CTO/CPTO playbook required to turn ambitious technology strategy into real-world impact. I’ve led product, engineering, data, and design as CPTO at Attest; built large-scale platforms at Meta and Amazon; and delivered board-level transformation at Tesco. Across these roles, I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams, modernised legacy estates, improved delivery speed and operational reliability, and delivered systems operating at global scale and processing billions in revenue. Today, at Kraken Flex, I’m focused on applying that experience to one of the most important technology challenges of the energy transition: building intelligent, reliable, and scalable systems that help make energy cleaner, cheaper, and more flexible.
