I’m an operations leader who’s passionate about making enablement work smarter, not harder. Over the years, I’ve built a career around helping teams thrive—whether that’s through streamlining systems, launching training programs, or leading large-scale initiatives that drive real business impact. I’ve worn a lot of hats: Director of Enablement Operations, Program Manager, LMS System Administrator, and more. Each role has taught me how to connect the dots between people, processes, and technology. I love creating frameworks that scale, optimizing learning platforms, and building high-performing teams that get things done.
