Hello, I am a BBA student at the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Kolkata, specializing in Human Resource Management. I’m passionate about understanding people, processes, and how organizations grow through effective HR practices.
I recently worked as a Human Resources Intern at SmartED Innovations, where I was responsible for onboarding new candidates, explaining internship tasks, promoting bootcamps, and regularly reporting my performance to the team lead. This hands-on experience helped me build strong communication and coordination skills in a professional setting.
