While I am still owner of Thriveworks, I love to build and grow. I have been building a martial arts and fitness program since 2014. With the acquisition of our new facility (2100 Spring Valley Dr, Conway Arkansas) we have launched this program into a full time business.

We offer Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Personal Training, Kettlebell, Zumba, Mixxed Fit, and p90x Insanity. We will serve age 5-12 in the Junior Programs and mature teens and adults in the Adult Programs.
