I bring over 9 years of experience in the Telemarketing and BPO industry, having worked in roles such as Customer Service Representative (CSR), Client Success, Retention, QA, Case Management, Sales, and Business Development. My approach has always been the same: understand people, solve real problems, and drive sustainable results.
