I started my recruitment career with Topnotch Human Capital where I specialised in external placements for corporate clients across Southeast Asia. Coming into the industry without prior recruitment experience, I built my foundation through aggressive business development, consistent client engagement and strong market mapping. My focus on performance and revenue delivery allowed me to quickly establish myself as a strong biller.

Within one year, I was promoted to Team Lead in recognition of my billing performance, leadership potential and ability to drive results. During my tenure, I successfully closed hundreds, close to a thousand placements across Sales and Marketing, HR, IT, Finance and Communications functions. I partnered directly with decision makers and senior stakeholders, positioning myself not just as a recruiter, but as a trusted talent advisor.

Currently, I am a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Robert Walters covering Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. I work closely with regional leadership teams to align hiring strategies with business growth plans, improve speed to hire and elevate talent quality across markets.

With a strong commercial mindset, regional exposure and leadership experience, I bring both execution capability and strategic perspective in building high performing teams across SEA.
