Sean Campbell

With over 14 years of work experience in strategy, transformation, and human resources consulting, I am currently the VP of Strategy & Transformation Consulting at Alight Solutions, a leading provider of employee benefits and cloud-based solutions. In this role, I lead a team of consultants who deliver innovative and impactful solutions to clients across various industries, with a focus on financial services. I leverage my skills in employee benefits, process improvement, and human resources to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance their employee experience, and achieve their business goals. Prior to this, I was the VP of HR Strategy - Financial Services at Alight Solutions, where I developed and executed HR strategies for financial services clients, and the HR Transformation Leader, Financial Services at EY, where I managed large-scale HR transformation projects for global financial institutions. I hold a Prosci Change Management Certification and an MBA from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business. I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals thrive in the changing world of work, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table.
