I've always been drawn to the people and systems that help students succeed. My work in higher education has spanned teaching, curriculum and program development, student success and retention initiatives, blended and online learning, faculty development, academic quality, accessibility, and faculty recruitment. Today, I lead work focused on academic quality, accessibility, faculty experience, and faculty recruitment, including strategies to identify and recruit both didactic and clinical faculty across a variety of healthcare disciplines and programs.
I am passionate about identifying potential and creating opportunities for growth. Whether recruiting faculty, hiring team members, mentoring emerging leaders, or supporting professional development, I enjoy helping people build confidence, discover their strengths, and expand their impact.
Much of my work sits at the intersection of quality, people, process, and strategy. I enjoy bringing clarity to complex situations, helping teams navigate competing priorities, and building practical solutions that support learners, faculty, and organizational goals. While my roles have evolved over time, my motivation has remained the same: helping create educational experiences, environments, and support systems that enable people to achieve their goals.
