I worked with professors from UCLA Anderson, UC Berkeley Haas and UPenn Wharton to conduct research measuring the effect on which social pressures dissuade positive opportunities for at-risk youth. My research was acknowledged in the paper 'How Does Peer Pressure Affect Educational Investments?' (http://www.nber.org/papers/w20714.ack) which received media coverage in the Washington Post, Atlantic and NPR, amongst others.

The goal was to instill efficient communication pathways for all directors, principals and teachers in 129 LAUSD schools, ranging from the most innovative to the most in-need.
