In my past position as Sales & Account Management Manager in an health management organization, I was responsible for implementing effective relationship management strategies that boosted both new business development and achieved high customer retention ratio in both B2B and B2C environment. I have built trust with clients and business partners through constant engagement and designed custom-fit solutions that suited client’s ever-changing needs. My 10 years of worthwhile experience in the world of corporate sales trained me to be focused and disciplined in a way that contagiously inspires others. As a leader, I enjoyed the challenge of bringing out the best in others, and as a business partner to clients, I found fulfillment in being a channel of service to make their jobs easier. I believe that being an expert in one field is through extensive experience accompanied with training and education. The new skills and fresh insights I have learned about the market in my recently completed Marketing-Corporate Account Management program have prepared me to respond to challenging opportunities in a culturally-diverse environment through taking the lead to a purpose-driven leadership that will bring about impactful changes in my next organization.
