At Heroku I managed and supported multiple support and engineering teams. I managed a team of Software Engineers in support in the EMEA region as well as Software Engineers building and maintaining our support tooling and help product before expanding to cover India and the APAC teams additionally. We built and maintained our own support portal and tooling to help support the 18 billion+ requests our customers serve each day. My team was responsible for delivering a profit-generating Premium Support product to 2000+ enterprise customers. After Heroku merged with Salesforce I also led and managed Support Engineering for our new Hyderabad office, expanding the support team there from 0 -> 2 Managers/16 Support Engineers.
