Axcell Brenes Kooper

I am Axcell Brenes Kooper, business administration student at Fidélitas University, and certified in business management with a passion for human resources and organizational development. I worked as a leader and HR recruiter at Gaotek, a technology and innovation company that is part of the GAOGROUP Inc. group. My core competencies are organization, communication, problem solving, team motivation, empathy, adaptability, strategic vision and human resources, which I apply both in my academic and professional field.At Gaotek, I am responsible for disseminating job advertisements, reviewing resumes, coordinating and executing interviews, managing correspondence, overseeing and following up on the selection process, and leading orientation sessions for new employees. I work with a diverse and dynamic team, which has allowed me to learn and improve my leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills. My goal is to contribute to the growth and excellence of the company by bringing my vision, enthusiasm and commitment. I also seek to expand my knowledge and skills through online courses in project management, English and artificial intelligence, which complement my academic and professional training.
