• Infosys Global ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM service offering lead: Defining & executing service offering development roadmap, managing RFP solutioning, providing guidance to delivery teams, training & certification enablement, conducting interviews of candidates, creating reusable artifacts & accelerators etc.

• Rich experience in process & domain consulting, project implementations, business capability development, service offering management, business requirements analysis, RFP solutioning and business process assessments.
• Played a key role in rapid growth of Infosys IT operations management (ITOM) Service Line by contributing to creation of ITOM Point of Views (PoVs), preparation of marketing mailers, ITOM RFP solutioning, certification drives, training, recruitments etc. Artifacts prepared include those for Predictive AIOps which is a part of the ServiceNow ITOM product.
• Led multiple successful ServiceNow implementations for clients belonging to various industries and geographies (mostly on CMDB and Asset Management).
• Possess working knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities like data sources, transform maps, scheduled jobs, integrations, dictionary, update sets, reporting & dashboards, ACLs etc.
• Played a key role in developing and enhancing Infosys service offerings like software asset management (SAM) and hardware asset management (HAM). Coordinated with vendor contacts and Infosys internal teams to establish a new strategic alliance with Flexera.
• Worked on projects in waterfall and agile methodology. Experience in managing & tracking user stories through Azure DevOps tool.
• Experience in working with multiple vendors and geographically distributed teams. Closely worked with strategic alliance partners like ServiceNow, Flexera and SNOW software.
