Manage all aspects of human resources across four divisions of over 100+ full-time and part-time employees
• Perform high-quality recruiting and staffing; organization and space planning; performance management;
employment and compliance to regulatory reporting; employee orientation; professional development
trainings; policy and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits; payroll, employee
safety, welfare, wellness and health; and overall employee services and counseling

enrollment for employees to learn more about benefits plans, as well as select new health insurance brokers,
resulting in lower costs for employees without increasing the organization's expenses
• Serve as 403B Plan Administrator and partner with RSM to prepare financial and retirement audits
• Manage all COVID-19 processes(e.g. tracking, skiptracing, etc);and the organization's reopening plans
• Supervise the Human Resources and Operations Team, including IT, Finance, Talent Specialist, HR
