Worked independently with SMBs and early-stage startups to build their BD function from zero — defining ICPs, designing outreach sequences, and creating the pipeline infrastructure needed to acquire their first customers and enter new markets. Closed deals ranging from MXN 100K to 1M by mapping decision-maker landscapes and running structured, multi-threaded sales processes. Also built the team side: hiring playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and KPI structures that reduced ramp time and got reps producing faster.
