As a Vice President of Operations for LUMA Residential, a leading multifamily real estate investment firm, I oversee the operations, performance, and growth of over 20 properties across Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, managing a team of regional and property managers, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, quality, and compliance. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have a strong background in leases, property management, and real estate development, having worked with The Related Group, one of the largest developers in the US, as a regional manager and a property manager for five years and CARROLL (acq. by RMR Group) for nine years as a Property Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Vice President.

I am passionate about creating value for our investors, residents, and communities, and I strive to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the living experience and the environment. I also speak conversational Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients. I am a DEI advocate and a mentor for aspiring real estate professionals, and I continuously seek to expand my knowledge and skills in this dynamic and competitive field.
