  • Notch
    Senior Technical Product Manager
    Notch
    Oct 2023 - Current (3 years 1 month)
Notch is a supply chain payment platform currently focused on the hospitality industry. As the TPM for the Core Team (Integrations and API) I currently lead the technical migration from Stripe to Adyen. As well, I establish partnerships with accounting systems and inventory systems partners and plan the integration at the API endpoints level. The role requires a strong business acumen to adjust the leadership's vision to the engineering possibilities and timeline as well as a strong technical background and general domain knowledge in ERP, API, Accounting Systems and Payments.
  • Procurify
    API & Integrations Product Manager
    Procurify
    Aug 2022 - Sep 2023 (1 year 2 months)
After being invited to join the Product team, I became part of a rather dynamic group that constantly orchestrates the customers' needs with cross-team requirements, strategic roadmaps, leadership commitments, team capabilities. Being hands-on with scripting and rather technical by experience I'm able to quickly translate the vision into successful product launches that are on time and on budget.
  • Procurify
    Lead Solutions Architect
    Procurify
    Jan 2022 - Aug 2022 (8 months)
This role enables me to start and lead the API Services department wherein we use our API to provide solutions and service that extend the feature set of Procurify via a consultative approach. Thanks to Grant and many who led the non technical part of getting this department created and to the leadership for their buy in.
  • Procurify
    Technical Accounts Manager
    Procurify
    Feb 2021 - Jan 2022 (1 year)
This is a new role for Procurify and as such I am building it as I go. If anything this role is about leveraging technical and people skills to build bridges between our system, our API, and theirs. The main requirement is being able to put yourself in their shoes, see their vision and be their champion they trust; while at the same time understanding the details at the code level to be able to provide proper guidance to the coders and communicate effectively with our own engineering team. I get engaged in all kinds of integration escalations, from NetSuite SuiteScript issues to QuickBooks, etc. Teamwork is critical and with the team we have here I feel lucky to work in a place like this.
  • Xerox
Lead Technical Solutions Consultant | Software
    Xerox
    Feb 2014 - Feb 2021 (7 years 1 month)
This role is about ensuring the long term success and collaboration between customers, sales and service. As a national SME I was also the person who implemented and customized/scripted workflow solutions. Thinking outside the box, caring about the customers and the team made this role successful for me.
  • B
    ESL Teacher / School Owner
    BRY University Beijing
    Oct 2011 - Dec 2013 (2 years 3 months)
Fulfilling a wedding vow I made in Montreal we moved to China for a few years so the kids could learn Mandarin. We started an English school that grew to around three hundred students. The growth stopped with the shortcoming of qualified teachers. We moved back to Canada after a few wonderful years. The school still operates to this day. Mission accomplished!
  • F
    Founder
    Feb 2011 - Feb 2014 (3 years 1 month)
This is a personal note. After meeting my wife in McGill, getting married and having two kids we went to China for a few years to let the kids learn Mandarin. We opened an English school that maxed out at 400 students on average due to lack of available teachers. It was a great success. We came back because of pollution (Xingtai tops the ranks in that).
  • Xerox
    Technical Support / National Trainer
    Xerox
    Jan 2008 - Apr 2011 (3 years 4 months)
Being multilingual, having a strong technical background while at the same time having effective people skills made me take on an opportunity in Toronto, at the head office of Xerox Canada. The role was primarily to support a set of production level presses and related software. I become soon thereafter the national trainer for the web to print offering and started traveling all over Canada. I wrote technical documentation and training material while at the same time ensuring proper follow-ups with our customers to ensure total satisfaction. I resigned my position for personal reason and went overseas and eventually was offered a role at Xerox when I came back.
