Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities to include job analyses, sourcing, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding communication to ensure the timely hiring of competent staff. Interviewing and presenting qualified lists of prescreened candidates to hiring manager; extend job offers to selected candidates; compose and negotiate salaries; initiate the pre-employment screening process. Sourcing candidates for all positions from various social media sources including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, Indeed and Monster.
