I'm Angie Casillas, Talent Acquisition Director at Monks, a leading company in digital marketing and advertising services. My role involves designing and implementing talent attraction, selection, and development strategies for over 6000 professionals within our global network of 57 hubs across 33 countries. My academic background in psychology has equipped me with the tools to understand individuals' needs, motivations, and potential, as well as to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within our organization.
