- Provided 24/7 support, monitoring, troubleshooting and triaging services for EA's Origin (PC and Mac), EA Access (Xbox One), and new game or feature releases.
- Developed new modules and supported a web app which generates and manages tickets (similar to Attlasian Jira) and also, the app creates documents, reports, alerts and metrics with the data provided on the tickets using Python 2.7 + Django 1.6.
- Developed an automated web process with Java and Selenium, to constant verifying the health of EA’s digital distribution platform (Origin).
