Recruitment of technological profiles. Search, attraction, screening, contact, negotiation and evaluation of candidates according to the demands of the companies. Boolean search for hard and soft skills on platforms such as LinkedIN, optimhire, xray search. My main activities were: -Identify and attract candidates who are competent to the position -Contact, negotiate and meet each potential candidate, as well as provide the candidate with all the information regarding the job, salary, company, etc. -Evaluate the compatibility of the job with the expectations and wishes of the candidate -Monitor the applications and selection processes, as well as keeping the candidate updated. -Use of ATS: create candidate's profiles with updated informatio
