Hello! I am Angela, a designer of experiences and services, making my way in the professional and business world with my knowledge in Agile Methodologies and Human-Centered Design Methodologies. I am characterized by decision making from strategic thinking and because I usually encourage the visualization of ideas in creative and non-creative environments, thereby allowing the creation of new realities. The value of my work is definitely in understanding the intersection between the needs to discover the users and the objectives of the business to arrive at solutions that benefit everyone. I worked on projects with companies and foundations in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Education, and Tourism, and I have more than 100 hours facilitating workshops of empathy, ideation and co-creation.
