- Being in charge since the prescreening step to succesfully hire them according to local laws (US, LATAM).
- Doing follow ups, attending to aligment meetings to succesfully satisfy the client needs with each and every candidate.
- Working under Kanban methodology to keep the flows and positions updated depending on any updates shared by stakeholders.
I am responsible for the succesful completion of the recruitment process for mostly senior and middle technical profiles incluiding but not limited to: Backend (Python, Node.JS, Java, PHP, Ruby, Scala, Kotlin, Swift, C++, among others), Frontend (React.JS, JS, Vue.JS, Elixir, Angular 2+, among others), Data engineers and scientist, DevOps, Security Engineers, and many others.
