As Director of the Marketing, Accounts and Creative Department, the following activities were carried out:
• Supervision, orientation, motivation and monitoring of the performance of the creative team, in order to guarantee efficiency in their daily operations.
• Development of creative strategies for marketing and advertising.
Design of campaigns, events and experiences that give the client successful results with the consumer.
• Meetings with clients in order to know their needs, objectives, expectations to develop and plan the work to be done.
• Management of meetings to structure the creative process prior to launching new brands and products.
• Management and supervision of all marketing aspects in a conflict situation.
