I have specialized in the area of Sales and Customer Service, accumulating more than 10 years of experience in both face-to-face and remote customer service, working in companies such as Prosein (Venezuela), Compumall (Venezuela), CISA (Venezuela), TIMG (Chile), Telynet (Spain) and Airtm (Mexico).
Throughout my career, I have performed various functions in commercial management, including inventory taking, order generation, invoicing with SAP, point of sale pass, refunds, telephone order management, claims taking, and the entire sales process.
In addition to my professional experience, I have volunteered at an animal shelter for over 3 years. I was in charge of generating content and managing the @RefugioElValle community there.
