As Director at Arel — a holding with more than 20 entertainment businesses across Latin America and the U.S. (including AMPRO and Total Media) — I oversee Corporate Strategy, Marketing, HR, IT, Innovation and New Ventures. My work focuses on bringing structure, operational clarity and long-term direction to a fast-growing, founder-led group. I currently lead initiatives in streaming, niche TV and OTT distribution.

I also sit on the Investment and Risk Committee of ARVA Family Office, where we invest in mature companies and early-stage ventures in entertainment, IT and digital services. I’m interested in how family offices can drive innovation while staying aligned with their identity and values.

My broader focus is helping founder-driven and family-run organizations evolve: moving from intuition to systems, and from legacy to sustainable growth. I work closely on second-generation transitions and on how generative AI can support Latin American next-gens in navigating responsibility, identity and change.
