I’m a Learning & Development leader who specializes in onboarding, enablement, and performance-focused learning in complex, regulated environments. I lead learning strategy and execution for underwriter onboarding, ensuring new hires are prepared, confident, and productive as quickly as possible.
I currently serve as a Workday Learning LMS Administrator, owning the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning experiences. I partner closely with underwriting leaders, HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to align learning with real workflows, system usage, and business expectations.
A core part of my work is integrating AI into day-to-day L&D practice. I use generative AI to accelerate instructional design, develop job aids and practice scenarios, analyze learner feedback, identify readiness gaps, and rapidly adapt learning as tools, policies, and processes evolve. AI allows me to move faster while keeping learning human-centered, practical, and grounded in real work.
I served in two separate Salesforce Technical Trainer roles supporting enterprise technology implementations through role-based training and performance support. I also previously partnered on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Salesforce Underwriting Workbench, validating business-facing functionality—including Chatter—to ensure tools operated as designed prior to deployment. While that work has concluded, it continues to inform how I design system-aware learning and rollout readiness today.
Previously, I served as a Learning & Development Manager, leading enterprise learning initiatives and cross-functional partnerships before transitioning into hands-on systems enablement and AI-integrated L&D work.
I’m known for owning outcomes, connecting strategy to execution, and bringing clarity to complexity—delivering learning solutions that drive adoption, confidence, and performance.
