Project 1:
I worked as a Technical Support agent for an aproximate of 3 years, providing personalized support through email, chat, and calls (English) to Google Cloud Platform enterprise customers, always looking to provide the best support experience focusing on problem resolution.
I took some courses related to the Serverless, Storage, and Databases products that GCP offers.
I've also had the opportunity to improve my communication skills with a Soft Skills course.
I performed some management and monitoring activities during the project lifecycle.
