Interested in building a career on Data Analytics field, currently working on my technical skills and actively taking courses on Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL. Project 1: I worked as a Technical Support agent for an aproximate of 3 years, providing personalized support through email, chat, and calls (English) to Google Cloud Platform enterprise customers, always looking to provide the best support experience focusing on problem resolution. I took some courses related to the Serverless, Storage, and Databases products that GCP offers. I've also had the opportunity to improve my communication skills with a Soft Skills course. I performed some management and monitoring activities during the project lifecycle. - Skills: - Work under pressure - Time management - Effective communication - Problem solving - Leadership Project 2: I participated in a brief project called Foundations in which I had the opportunity to learn the basics on SQL and Java Project 3: I worked as Administrative Assistant during 3 years, providing customer service focused on problem solving.
