Objective: Deliver a single source of truth for Sales bonus tracking and payout modelling with fast refresh and auditability. Key Contributions: Built an automated Power BI bonus dashboard (payout metrics, exceptions, drill-down by team/period). Implemented a Google Sheets operational tracker as a controlled fallback layer (validated inputs, change control). Automated data preparation and refresh via Google Apps Script (scheduled runs, cleansing, consistency checks). Tools & Techniques: Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling), Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, KPI definitions, data validation. Impact / Adoption: Cut manual updates from ~3 hours to ~30 minutes; increased refresh cadence from monthly to weekly/daily; used by Sales Ops / S
