Responsible for service delivery planning, organizing, and managing customer service orders. Review order data, correct errors, and generate purchase orders from suppliers. Review submitted orders for properly formatted artwork, completeness, accuracy, delivery, timeline, and acceptable margins—update orders to allocate quantities shipped to customers' locations. Document all order-related activities in various systems. Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. Respond to customer service and order management issues and errors in order processing.
