So here we go, I'm an experienced Recruiter with 10 years experience recruiting in software for Start-up's and Scaleup's. I'm not afraid to say I'm very good at what I do, you should think after 10 years :) I set up Bloc Recruitment for a number of reasons, but the main driving factor was representation. Having started out in a corporate setting and then moving to a more boutique agency, I felt I didn't see enough diversity across Leadership or Ownership in the industry as a whole. This really bothered me and the same seemed to be the case when it came to the candidates in my market. My goal is to support businesses who care about creating amazing teams, with diversity and inclusion in mind.
