As an IT recruiter at Maxima Consulting, I can contribute to something great ⟶ helping people find jobs they will be happy with.▶ ᴍʏ ʙᴀᴄᴋɢʀᴏᴜɴᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴄᴀʀᴇᴇʀI’ve been working in recruitment for over 6 years, and since January 2023, I’ve been with Maxima Consulting. I enjoy being a part of a people-centric organization that cares about its employees.My first job in recruitment was more or less accidental, but I decided to pursue this career further even though since then, I had an opportunity to work in my field of studies.Similarly to many recruiters, I like meeting new people, getting to know each other, and maintaining relationships even after the recruitment process ends. This may be the reason why I decided to become a recruiter despite my marketing background. ▶ ᴍʏ ꜱᴛʏʟᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴡᴏʀᴋI feel like the dynamic recruitment market forces me to constantly develop my approach and try new things to see what’s working on who. Of course, I follow our internal processes, but I’m also experimenting with various ideas that come to my mind depending on the role that I need to fill. My marketing background enables me to adjust my communication style depending on the kind of person a client company would like to reach. One could say I focus on quality rather than quantity.▶ ᴍʏ ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴏʀʟᴅMy work is about connecting two interested parties so they can build another exciting piece of technology that will influence our world, as ChatGPT did recently. I’m good at making it work. One time I helped a friend who couldn’t find a job for three months, even though the tech support field is always full of openings. We refined his resume and analyzed what portals to use with his experience, and he was employed only two weeks later.This is how I know that I can understand both candidates and hiring managers pretty well. ▶ ᴍʏ ʟɪꜰᴇ ʙᴇꜱɪᴅᴇꜱ ᴡᴏʀᴋWhen I’m not looking for IT experts who need a career change, I’m spending time on my hobby, which is motorization. I'm particularly interested in Formula 1. I see this sport as a combination of physical and mental prowess with a significant contribution of new technologies and big money.
