The most valuable leaders in the AI era will not necessarily be the most technical.
They will be the people who help organizations and customers trust, adopt, and scale transformative technology.
That is my lane. I have spent more than 25 years in it.
I have worked across enterprise technology as a vendor leader, consultant, operator, researcher, analyst, partner executive, and trusted advisor with ADP, Oracle, IBM Kenexa, PwC Strategy&, IDC, and Lightcast.
Those experiences taught me that the hardest technology problems are rarely technology problems.
They are trust problems. Adoption problems. Alignment problems.
The CEO has a vision. Product has a roadmap. Sales has a target. Partners have priorities. Customers have expectations.
When each group interprets the strategy differently, growth slows, adoption stalls, and customers question the value they were promised.
That gap is where I do my best work.
I connect market intelligence, customer needs, partner ecosystems, product strategy, and commercial execution so organizations can tell one credible story and deliver on it.
At IDC, I authored 180+ publications on talent technology, AI, workforce intelligence, and the future of work. I advised providers and enterprise buyers on where the market was going, what customers needed, and which promises could survive contact with reality.
At Lightcast, I turned market intelligence into partnerships across Workday, SAP, Oracle, PwC, and the HR technology ecosystem, influencing approximately $1.4 million in pipeline.
A sophisticated product means little if nobody can explain its value, adopt it successfully, or connect it to a measurable outcome.
My strongest lanes are Customer Success, AI adoption, strategic partnerships, analyst relations, market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, customer growth, and enterprise transformation.
I also serve as a paid Dwellworks Ambassador, helping senior executives and their families relocate to Atlanta. The setting is different, but the foundation is the same: listen, anticipate needs, earn trust, remove friction, and follow through.
Whether I am advising executives, helping customers realize value, building partner ecosystems, or guiding families through change, I begin with one question:
What does success look like for the person on the other side of this decision?
I help organizations navigating growth, AI transformation, customer adoption, and market complexity see the pattern, connect the right people, and turn ambiguity into action.
If that is the problem you are working on, my inbox is open.
